How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 10 am are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Can I use more than one discount voucher on my order?
No. Only one discount voucher can be applied at checkout.
Can I cancel or return my order, and will I be refunded?

Returns and Refunds
As a customer, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a refund, please make sure:
- Items are unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Products are returned in their original packaging.
- You cover the cost of returning goods to us.
- You provide us with tracking details for the returned parcel.
Once we receive the goods in their original condition, we’ll issue a refund. If the full order is returned, the original shipping charge will also be refunded. For partial returns, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refunds are processed immediately once items are inspected and approved. Funds should reach your account within 1 working day, though credit card payments may take 2–3 working days to appear.
Shipping Charges
We always strive to keep delivery costs low by using the most affordable courier services. No mark-ups are added to shipping charges.
- Mainland UK (up to 10kg): £5.88
- Mainland UK (10kg–15kg): £8.87
- Channel Islands (0–15kg): £14.95
For the Channel Islands, Royal Mail is usually the most reliable and cost-effective option, and we operate a regular service there.
